Oliver People was founded in 1987 on Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard. Initially sold as a vintage style American eyewear acquired at an auction, it was then later inspired by the unique culture of Los Angeles – with elements of film, art, music and fashion. It then launched its own range of ultra-stylish, vintage-inspired men’s frames with distinctive culture rooted in California. Through an authentic and consistent voice, Oliver Peoples has never relied on a logo, but instead fostered on relationships of like-minded consumers.

With a passion for superior eyewear, each frame is crafted with the finest materials, tumbled and polished, and finally hand adjusted to the original drawing created in the design studio in West Hollywood. Focusing on the sophistication and intellectual aesthetic of a frame has made the brand iconic.
