1. Getting to know you
Tell us about your current concerns about your eyes, symptoms or vision. Your optometrist will ask you in confidentiality about your daily activities, general health, family history of eye diseases and other treatments. These information will help us make a more informed investigation.
2. Performing Eye Exam
A series of tests is done according to your needs and symptoms. Ranging from how well you can see the letters down the chart, colour recognition, vision stability, muscle reflex, and radius of eye movements. First time getting examined? Don’t worry, all these tests are done in comfort and pain free with non-invasive equipment. So just sit back, relax and let us take care of you.
3. Advise
The collective results will then be used to give a holistic advice that will be discussed with you. These may be as simple as prescribing a thumbs up for taking good care of your eyes, changing to a new prescription, advising for other optical alternatives or lifestyle changes. If further treatments of eye conditions are also indicated, a potential referral to a hospital or specialist will be given.

Presbyopia is a condition when a person has difficulty looking at near when one is above 40 years of age. This is a natural condition as one’s eyes loses ability to focus on nearby objects. This condition is easily corrected with spectacles and contact lenses.
